The HB BODY 699 CLEAR HS SR 2:1 is a premium-grade 2K high solids (HS) acrylic urethane clearcoat, engineered to deliver a mirror-like gloss, exceptional leveling, and long-lasting resistance for professional automotive refinishing. Designed for full resprays, panel repairs, or spot touch-ups, this clearcoat ensures a high-performance finish with outstanding UV, chemical, and mechanical durability.

Whether you’re restoring a vehicle to showroom condition or performing high-end collision repair work, BODY 699 provides reliable results across a wide temperature range and works seamlessly with both solvent-based and waterborne basecoats.

MIXING RATIO:
2:1 with HB BODY hardeners  (H754 FAST, H753 NORMAL, or H752 SLOW) 
No thinner required (optional thinning up to 10% if needed) 
DRYING TIMES AT 74°F (60°C):
Air Dry: 18–22 hours at 74°F (60°C).
Force Dry: 20–30 minutes at 140°F (60°C) panel temperature.
Infrared Dry: Short wave 8–12 minutes, distance 60–70 cm. 
Flash-Off Time Between Coats: 8–12 minutes at 74°F (60°F)
Flash-Off Time Before Drying: 10–15 minutes at 74°F (60°F)
Note: Times may vary based on ambient temperature and film thickness.
