Genesis Refinish G-2277-Q High Build Premium Acrylic Lacquer Primer Surfacer is designed for professional automotive refinishing applications that require fast drying, easy sanding, and excellent surface build. Directions:

1. Mix 1:1 with a VOC compliant solvent: 1 part of Genesis Refinish G-2277-Q Primer with 1 part of VOC compliant solvent. Stir the mixture before use.

2.  Apply 2 - 3 medium wet coats using an HVLP gun with a1.4-1.7 fluid nozzle (spray at paint gun’s recommended air pressure).  Allow first coats to flash dry before applying additional coats. Flash 5-15 minutes between coats. Flash time is dependent on temperature, air movement and film thickness.

3. Genesis Refinish G-2277-Q Primer air dries within 30 - 90 minutes under standard conditions. Times will vary based on temperature, air movement and film thickness. Maintain good air flow during flash period. DO NOT BAKE. Allow a maximum of 24 hours before top coating.  After 24 hours scuff sand and reapply G-2277-Q before applying topcoat.
